MOC Toa Gali Mata rebuild 2.1

My third version of Toa Gali, using a slimmer internal skeleton and less armor on the arms and rebuilt legs to (hopefully) bring her more in line with my other rebuilds and (somehow) make her even slightly feminine. I'm not sure how well it worked, but I do like this version of Gali. Still too much dark blue and hardly any of that lovely light blue her arms and legs had originally, and I really wish I had some light blue armor or Hero Factory limb pieces or even the older Metru pieces… ah well.

Oh, and her neck is bugging me. She feels like she's jutting forward. Not sure how to fix that.
